HVAC Technician

Install/Service/Maintenance

​Job Summary

We are looking for a HVAC Service or Install technician to diagnose, service, repair, and/or install heating and cooling systems. This role is ideal for a technician who can work independently, communicate clearly with customers, and take pride in doing the job right the first time!

​

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair residential and commercial HVAC systems.

  • Perform service calls, troubleshooting, and system repairs.

  • Communicate findings and solutions clearly to customers.

  • Complete work orders accurately and on time.

  • Follow all safety, company, and industry standards.

  • Maintain a clean and professional work environment.

  • Coordinate with dispatch, as needed, to ensure efficient scheduling and communication.

  • Participate in ongoing technical training and safety meetings.

 

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 years of experience.

  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.

  • Ability to work independently in the field.

Commercial Project Manager

Overview:
Yuhan Heating & Cooling is seeking a driven Commercial HVAC Project Manager to take ownership of projects from kickoff through completion. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong engineering background who are ready to operate independently and manage real-world projects, clients, and timelines.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead commercial HVAC projects from start to finish.

  • Manage schedules, budgets, and change orders.

  • Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients.

  • Ensure projects stay on track, on budget, and up to standard.

​

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (required).

  • 1–3+ years of relevant experience (internships, co-ops, or full-time).

  • Basic understanding of HVAC systems.

  • Ability to read plans and think critically on job sites.

  • Self-starter who can manage responsibilities with minimal oversight.

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Accounting Specialist

​Job Summary

The Accounting Specialist is responsible for supporting the company's financial operations by managing accounts receivable, accounts payable, invoicing, collections, financial reporting, and general bookkeeping activities. This role works closely with multiple departments to ensure accurate financial records, timely payments, and efficient cash flow management.

​

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer invoicing, payment collection, and accounts receivable activities.

  • Process vendor invoices and payments while maintaining accurate accounts payable records.

  • Maintain bookkeeping records and assist with financial reconciliations.

  • Prepare financial reports and support month-end accounting processes.

  • Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on overdue accounts.

  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate billing, payment processing, and financial documentation.

  • Assist in maintaining company accounting policies and financial controls.

 

Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant work experience.

  • Experience in accounting, bookkeeping, accounts receivable, or accounts payable.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Full knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus

  • Bilingual - any language - is a plus.

Service Manager

Overview:

Yuhan Heating & Cooling is seeking an experienced and motivated Service Manager to lead our residential and commercial service operations. This role is responsible for managing technicians, overseeing daily service activities, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and driving operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with technical knowledge who can balance customer satisfaction, team performance, and business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the HVAC service department.

  • Lead, mentor, and support service technicians to ensure high-quality workmanship and productivity.

  • Monitor service schedules, dispatch efficiency, and job completion rates.

  • Review service calls, customer concerns, and technician performance.

  • Ensure technicians follow company standards, safety procedures, and industry best practices.

  • Support technicians with troubleshooting and technical guidance when needed.

  • Maintain strong relationships with customers and resolve escalated service issues.

  • Track department KPIs, revenue goals, and maintenance agreement performance.

  • Coordinate with office staff, dispatchers, and management to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • 3–5+ years of HVAC service experience.

  • Previous leadership, supervisory, or management experience preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of residential and light commercial HVAC systems.

  • Ability to diagnose HVAC issues and support field technicians.

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
