PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE
There is no denying the importance of regular preventative maintenance on your HVAC systems. Making sure your heating and cooling is working smoothly and properly is just one of the many services we offer here at YUHAN.

With our Preventative Maintenance Agreement, we will make sure that your HVAC systems are well taken care of to ensure that they are working properly and efficiently for as long as possible.

You will receive special discounts on any service repairs or equipment replacements. With discounts up to 10% on repairs and 5% on equipment replacements, you can relax knowing you're getting the best deal with us.
Never a Trip Charge
With our service trip charge waived, you can give us a call and get a diagnosis on your HVAC system free of charge. Whenever you feel uneasy about anything with your HVAC, we'll take care of you and your systems.
Extended Warranty
Whenever we do visit your home, our extended warranty will keep you covered for an extended 24-months on labor for repairs and replacements. So you can rest easy knowing that we've got your back.
Priority Service
If an unforeseen issue does come up with your HVAC, give us a call and you'll receive priority service and excellent customer service so that your problems can go away and you can go focus on other things.
