This limited time promotion is available for qualifying residential projects while the promotion lasts. 

PROMOTION TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Promotion Overview:

This promotion applies to qualifying Carrier equipment purchased from Yuhan Heating & Cooling between August 1, 2026 and November 20, 2026, and installed by December 20, 2026. Customers who qualify receive instant rebates on eligible residential replacement or add-on systems.

2. Eligibility:

  • The promotion is only valid for qualifying residential replacement or add-on systems.

  • Eligible properties include single-family primary or secondary residences.

  • Not eligible: new construction, commercial or institutional applications, multi-family properties, investment properties, and properties for sale.

  • Rebate amounts vary based on qualifying equipment purchased.

  • Additional rebates may be available on select qualifying units, controls, thermostats, and home air quality products

  • For a qualifying full system rebate, the system must include an eligible Carrier indoor unit, eligible Carrier outdoor unit, and Carrier-branded thermostat as specified in current program guidelines. No substitutions are permitted.

  • Cool Cash rebates are instant rebates, deducted directly from the homeowner's invoice at the time of purchase. Gift cards are not issued as part of the 2026 Cool Cash program.

  • This promotion is not retroactive. Equipment purchased before August 1, 2026 does not qualify, and equipment purchased after November 20, 2026 does not qualify.

  • Equipment must be installed by December 20, 2026 to remain eligible.

  • Limited inventory may apply. Promotion availability and qualifying equipment are subject to product availability, and Carrier reserves the right to change, modify, or cancel the promotion without prior notice.

  • Rebate eligibility and amounts are subject to Carrier's current Cool Cash program guidelines and qualifying equipment requirements. Contact Yuhan Heating & Cooling for complete eligibility details and applicable rebate amounts.

3. 0% APR Financing Options:
Yuhan Heating & Cooling offers two financing options as part of this promotion. All financing approvals are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective financing providers:

  • PSE&G OBR: Provides 84 months up to $25,000 in financing for eligible PSE&G customers. Terms and conditions are set by PSE&G and subject to their approval process.

  • Service Finance Company (SFC) Financing: Offers financing based on customer creditworthiness, income, and other financial factors. Approval and loan terms are determined by the Service Finance Company.

 

FINANCING TERMS OFFERED

We provide three flexible financing terms for eligible HVAC replacement jobs over $1,000:

  • Plan#3025: 25-Month Financing with 0% APR

  • Plan#3048: 48-Month Financing with 0% APR

  • Plan#3060: 60-Month Financing with 0% APR

 

PROCESSING FEE​

While the financing plans offer 0% APR, Service Finance Company applies a one-time processing fee that will be included in your monthly payment. The fee is calculated based on the total job cost and varies according to the selected financing term:

  • 25-Month Term: 7.75% of the loan total

  • 48-Month Term: 14.25% of the loan total

  • 60-Month Term: 14.90% of the loan total

Yuhan Heating & Cooling does not set or influence financing terms and conditions for PSE&G or Service Finance Company. Customers must meet lender-specific eligibility requirements, and all financing decisions are made at the lender's discretion.

4. General Terms & Conditions:

  • This promotion cannot be combined with any other discounts, offers, or promotions unless explicitly stated.

  • Rebates are applied as a discount on the final invoice and have no cash value.

  • Yuhan Heating & Cooling reserves the right to modify, extend, or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice.

  • Any disputes regarding the promotion eligibility or fulfillment will be resolved at the sole discretion of Yuhan Heating & Cooling.

  • By participating in this promotion, customers agree to these terms and conditions.

 

5. Rights Reserved:
Yuhan Heating & Cooling reserves all rights related to the administration, modification, and termination of this promotion. Any misuse or misrepresentation of the promotion may result in disqualification.
