​Job Summary

We are looking for a HVAC Service or Install technician to diagnose, service, repair, and/or install heating and cooling systems. This role is ideal for a technician who can work independently, communicate clearly with customers, and take pride in doing the job right the first time!

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems.

• Perform service calls, troubleshooting, and system repairs.

• Communicate findings and solutions clearly to customers.

• Complete work orders accurately and on time.

• Follow all safety, company, and industry standards.

• Maintain a clean and professional work environment.

• Coordinate with dispatch, as needed, to ensure efficient scheduling and communication.

• Participate in ongoing technical training and safety meetings.

 

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience.

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

• EPA Certification (required).

• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.

• Ability to work independently in the field.

• Professional customer communication skills.
