CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Responsibilities:

​

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers by phone, email,  and online inquiries.

  • Schedule service appointments and coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient routing and timely responses.

  • Provide clear, friendly, and professional communication to customers regarding service updates, estimates, and scheduling.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, job details, and service history in the company’s system.

  • Support day to day office operations, including handling incoming calls, email, and administrative tasks.

  • Collaborate closely with all employees to gain a full understanding of any given situation to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Qualifications:

​

  • Prior experience in customer service experience.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast paced environment.

  • Ability to adapt to scheduling and dispatching platforms used.

  • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.

  • Positive attitude and professional demeanor.

  • Reliable, Punctual, Responsible, and Team-Oriented. 

  • Flexibility in schedules.

  • Knowledge in HVAC is a plus.
